  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Damaged products due to customer misuse

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
